UTS, LLC, a veteran-owned small business specializing in nationwide service, repair, and installation of building products, recognized the need to modernize their mobile application to better serve their clients and field technicians. To achieve this, they partnered with HeavyTask, an IT solutions and consulting company based in Dallas, Texas, renowned for their expertise in mobile application development and UI/UX design.

Challenge

The existing UTS mobile app had become outdated, with a cluttered interface that hindered user experience and operational efficiency. The primary challenges included:
